  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    • Cancellations: All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund on your payment (this does mean 24-hour notice within my operating zone of GMT-7). 

    • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you’re welcome to do so without any additional fees if you contact me at least 24 hours before your session. Any requests to reschedule within 24 hours will not be refunded. 

    • No-Show Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled sessions or you miss your scheduled session the full session fee will be charged. 

    Thank you for your understanding and respect for this policy! It helps ensure that I can continue offering supportive, focused sessions for everyone.

  • Yes! Gift Certificates are available to pass on the gift of a reading to someone you love.

    Go to the booking page and scroll down till you see “Gift Certificates”

    A code will be generated on your gift certificate for your receiver to use when they schedule their session.

  • Ultimately there is nothing special you need to do for me to do what I do.

    I generally recommend that ~15min prior to the call you have some time away from hecticness & distractions to journal, or meditate, be in nature, or move your body. This helps clear your mind and energy field and will allow your system to be in a clearer state for receiving and engaging with the messages.

    For virtual sessions do make sure you can access zoom on your computer and mobile device ~10min before your session.

  • If notes help you please feel free.

    You will have the option to record the session via zoom. Or, some clients like to record just the audio on their phone to listen back.

    I follow up all my sessions with a write up of the distillation of messages, themes, and insights from your reading.

  • Yes, I currently only work with clients 18+.
